OneQA and Ultimo have partnered to link OneQA test automation with Ultimo’s maintenance management software. How does this work and what can you do with it?

Within Ultimo, it becomes possible to record a test protocol on a job plan or instrument type. The unique ID of the test protocol is taken from OneQA.
On the job, a button “Export to OneQA” then appears. This starts OneQA and exchanges the necessary data, such as job information, instrument details and the test protocol.
Now the test can be performed with OneQA using the connected measuring instruments. After completing the procedure, the data is exchanged with Ultimo.
The measurement steps and results are written to Ultimo as “inspection points”. The PDF report from OneQA is also linked to the job.
An interesting feature is that a trigger can also be sent to Ultimo, for example, in the event of a negative test result. Based on this, the status of the job is automatically adjusted.
It is important to prepare the integration of OneQA and Ultimo well. Please contact Teun Kruithof or your contact person at Ultimo for this.
