The Front Office is the first point of contact at AdQuipment. With four dedicated colleagues, they ensure structure, service, and solutions.

Our account managers and medical service technicians are the familiar faces of AdQuipment medical to you, our customers, in the workplace. Of course, they do not work alone.

The Front Office of AdQuipment medical plays a crucial role. Behind the four desks of the Front Office are dedicated employees with a passion for their work. We would like to introduce them to you.

Danielle has been working at AdQuipment medical since 2004. She started as a sales representative. She eventually grew into the manager of the Front Office. She is involved in all activities, but especially with the Standard Service Agreements (SSOs). There is a good chance that you have spoken to her on the phone or had email contact with her.

Kirsten has strengthened the team since 2010. Kirsten mainly focuses on purchasing. She ensures that everything is available in the office for our colleagues. But more importantly, she ensures that all orders from our customers are purchased. This can range from an IV splint to a ventilator.

Moniek started in March 2021. As soon as all products for a customer have been purchased and received, Moniek ensures that they actually reach the right person. Moniek takes care of the entire logistics process.

Petra is the latest addition to the team. She started in May 2021. She mainly arranges everything for our medical service technicians. She ensures that maintenance can be carried out on location by our service personnel. She also arranges overnight stays if necessary. Petra also organizes the planning of the demo equipment.

The Front Office is known for its proactive approach, constantly striving for improvement. The ISO:9001 and ISO:13485 quality system is an essential aspect within this department, with strict guidelines being used to ensure the highest quality standards.

At the same time, the Front Office distinguishes itself through its creativity in finding solutions for various challenges. No challenge is too great, and every day brings new variation. Hard work and a pleasant atmosphere come together harmoniously within this department.

The Front Office, therefore, has a prominent role within AdQuipment medical. The moment you contact us, you will first come into contact with one of the colleagues from the Front Office. They are happy to help you further.
