The course is provided by Marcel Donkersloot, a specialist in this field. Marcel explains how to maintain the BiliCocoon® systems according to the manufacturer in order to keep the most vulnerable patients safe.

Are you going to be involved in the maintenance of all BiliCocoon® systems?

In just one hour, you as a medical technician will be trained by Marcel via an online training in the manufacturer’s principle of measuring, maintaining and adjusting a BiliCocoon® system. We use a Dale 40 to measure the light intensity. After a visual inspection of the BiliCocoon®, the device is switched on and the average light intensity is measured together with the Dale 40. After this, the maintenance can be carried out, followed by a final check of the light intensity.
