Also, the active folder where the test results are stored. This is done in CSV, PDF, or a OneQA extension. Add an image of the category for which this protocol is used. Then save this data with &#8220;save&#8221;. Of course, you can set the name and logo of the hospital or company. This can be shown on the measurement report.      <\/p>\n\n<p>Procedure components<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Test activity: records who performs the test and when.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work order ID: here you can enter a job order if desired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service type: indication for preventive or corrective maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asset information: procedures are linked to &#8220;assets&#8221;. This part of the procedure displays information about the linked &#8220;asset&#8221;. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test Device Information: here OneQA displays information about the measuring instrument being used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"605\" height=\"78\" src=\"https:\/\/adquipment.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/testautomatisering6-AdQuipment.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4775\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adquipment.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/testautomatisering6-AdQuipment.jpg 605w, https:\/\/adquipment.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/testautomatisering6-AdQuipment-300x39.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Test library<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Use components from the &#8220;test library&#8221; to add to the procedure. You cannot change fixed components, but you can change all other components. You can set whether it is a mandatory test component. If necessary, add a new &#8220;test section&#8221; to group test components. Interim messages can also be set, for example with instructions for performing the test.    <\/p>\n\n<p>An important possibility is to insert a question in the procedure: checklist, numerical or an open entry. In addition, components are available for electrical safety and functional control with the defibrillator tester or ventilator tester. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Electrical safety<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>In this section, you set the properties of the electrical safety test. Consider: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Which class does the device concern?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do you set the polarity switching?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is optimization of the electrical safety measurements desired?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Above all, you set the standard that you use for the electrical safety measurement here. Based on this, OneQA automatically sets the relevant test components, with limits where possible. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Functional test<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>In OneQA, you can also include the functional check above the other test components, such as measurements with the Impulse defibrillator tester or the VT ventilator testers.
