The Wee Sight Transilluminator is specifically designed to make finding veins in newborns easier and safer. Thanks to powerful LED lighting, veins and arteries under the skin become clearly visible, which greatly simplifies the placement of an IV or central line.
With a light wavelength of approximately 629 nm, the Wee Sight is safe for the sensitive skin of neonates. The compact design fits in the palm of your hand and is suitable for use in incubators.
The transilluminator runs on two AA batteries (included) and is designed for one-handed operation. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, the device can easily be placed around a baby's small limbs, both on a flat surface and in the hand.
